Refunds and cancellation

Last updated: 19 October 2026

This policy applies to paid plans for the WooCommerce plugin, the PrestaShop module and the API, bought through Paddle. It is part of the Terms for direct customers. The Shopify app is billed by Shopify, and Shopify's rules for app charges apply to it (see the terms of service).

1. Who refunds

1.1. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

1.2. Refunds are made by Paddle to the payment method used for the purchase, under the Paddle Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms) and Paddle's refund policy (https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy). For every request that meets this policy we confirm to Paddle that the refund should be granted. If Paddle's terms or the law give you more rights, the more favourable rule applies.

2. Cancel at any time

You can cancel a subscription at any time in the customer panel (Plan and billing) or in the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: until then your plan works unchanged, afterwards the account moves to the Free plan (5 invoices per month). There are no cancellation fees, and no further charges are made after cancellation.

3. First purchase: 14-day refund

For your first purchase of a paid plan (monthly or yearly) we refund the full amount if you ask within 14 days of the payment. You do not need to give a reason. This applies once per customer (the paying account together with its linked stores).

4. Renewals and unused time

Renewal charges, and the unused part of a period after cancellation, are not refunded, except where section 3, section 5 or mandatory law provides otherwise.

5. Errors on our side

A duplicate charge is always refunded in full. If, through our fault, the Service did not work in live mode for a significant time in a billing period (KSeF unavailability not counted), write to us and we will agree a pro rata refund for that period with Paddle.

6. Consumers

The Service is intended for businesses. If you are a consumer under EU or UK law, you also have the statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days as described in the Paddle Buyer Terms. Section 3 already gives a full refund of the first purchase within the same 14 days.

7. How to request a refund

Paddle processes approved refunds to the original payment method, usually within 14 days of approval; the time until the money shows on your account also depends on your bank or payment provider.

8. What happens after a refund

8.1. After a full refund the subscription is cancelled and the account moves to the Free plan. Orders over the Free limit wait without an invoice number as described in the Terms.

8.2. Invoices already issued in KSeF stay valid and are not changed or withdrawn. A refund does not affect the invoices you issued to your buyers.

8.3. Paddle issues the correcting document for its subscription invoice according to its own rules.

9. Chargebacks

Please ask for a refund before you dispute a charge with your bank. After a chargeback Paddle may cancel the subscription; the account then moves to the Free plan.
